Loft Lucia offers 7,500 square feet of space. Our venue features beautiful Venetian plaster and exposed brick walls, oversized windows, two marble slab bars, and our private outdoor terrace.

 

The main floor of our space is located on the 3rd floor of our building. This space is perfect for dinner receptions, cocktail style events, and private corporate meetings. We can host up to 140 guests for a formal seated dinner and 160 guests for a cocktail-style arrangement on the main floor.

 

We offer a large inventory of high-end future that is included within our rental rate. In addition to our furniture collection, we have an array of interior decor items to offer as well. They include small metallic votives, tealights for the votives, electric lanterns, plants, and smaller ceramic pieces that decorate our bookcase. All of this can be removed or used for different purposes. 

 

We are also a BYOB venue. We work exclusively with Prestige in Westmont. They are a beverage distributor and they are similarly priced when compared to Binny's or Costco. They will drop-off chilled products and pick-up that evening. They will also reimburse you for any unused product. 

 

Our outdoor terrace is perfect for a wedding ceremony or a private cocktail hour. We do have some restrictions when hosting on our terrace. Our terrace hours are slightly different from our venue hours. You can find this information in one of our many brochures listed on our website. The use of our outdoor space is also based on the weather on the day of the event. We also no longer allow glass on the terrace, all stemware must be plastic on the 4th floor.

 

We do not permit music to be played outdoors on the 4th floor. All music must be played indoors with the exception of live music for the ceremony portion only. This does not affect the quality of sound for a ceremony or an outdoor event, it is a sound ordinance that we abide by to respect our neighbors.

 

We require insurance from all vendors that are not on our preferred list. We do respect our client's wishes to use a caterer outside of our preferred list but there is a kitchen fee associated with that decision. Please message us for further details. 

 

In addition to all of our rental furniture, we also have a commercial-grade kitchen on-site. It is a state-of-the-the art kitchen with some of the finest equipment available. We provide refrigeration, a large freezer, several ovens, two flat-top grills, a deep-fryer, and an ice machine. The ability to prepare food at the venue not only protects quality but involves your guests in the dining experience.

 

Loft Lucia is fully ADA compliant, we have handicapped stalls in all of our restrooms, we also have restrooms on both floors, and our elevator operates on every level of the building. We include the use of our house JBL sound system in our rental rate. Microphones are a separate service that we do provide for an additional fee. We also have wireless uplighting to offer our clients. We have 8 lights available for $150.00 or 16 lights available for $300.00. They are a simple but wonderful addition to our space!

 

We do not have a bridal suite available or a private area to dress on-site. We also do not have designated parking for Loft Lucia. There is a parking structure nearby on the corner of Washington and Carpenter. A security staff member and a venue manager will be on-site during the entire event and their services are included in the rental rate as well.
